Who we serve

Marketing for Gyms, Trainers, Med Spas, and Wellness Practices — From Someone Who Has Run One

Your clients aren't buying a membership or a treatment. They're buying a version of themselves they're not sure they can reach, from someone they're not sure they can trust. We make sure they find you, believe you, book, show up, and stay — and we do it inside the rules your industry has to follow.

Marketing for Gyms, Trainers, Med Spas, and Wellness Practices — From Someone Who Has Run One
Sound familiar?

The problems we hear every week

Instagram is full and Google is empty — the studio looks great online, but "med spa near me" and "personal trainer near me" go to whoever bothered to build a real Google listing
Consults and free sessions get booked, then ghosted — the lead said "interested" in a DM three weeks ago and nobody ever followed up
Clients drift instead of quitting: the membership sits unused, the treatment plan stalls after visit two, and the only outreach is a renewal email
January
fills the calendar. March empties it.

Every gym, studio, and wellness practice knows the curve. The businesses that keep their clients are the ones that keep in touch between visits — automatically, not when someone remembers.

The fix

How the system works for your business

  • A Google listing and service pages built for how people actually search — by treatment, by goal, by "near me" — with real photos of your space and your team, and reviews answered so a nervous first-timer feels safe walking in
  • Follow-up that runs by itself — a text after the inquiry, a reminder before the consult, a check-in after the first visit, a nudge when the plan stalls — the retention system most studios mean to build and never do
  • An AI receptionist that books the consult, answers "do you offer this" and "what does the first visit look like," and captures after-hours leads while you're on the floor with a client
  • Everything written to the rules — no outcome promises, no medical claims, before-and-after and testimonial use handled the way the regulators and platforms require, and nothing clinical collected by any automation

Questions owners ask

Straight answers

We're a med spa. What about HIPAA and medical advertising rules?

Built in from the start. The receptionist and the follow-up messages collect scheduling and contact details only — never treatment history or anything clinical. Copy avoids outcome guarantees and medical claims, and before-and-after photos and testimonials are used only with written consent and the disclaimers your state and the platforms require. Your medical director sees everything before it goes live.

Can we use client transformations and testimonials?

Yes, carefully. With written consent, honest framing, and no "typical results" implied. Done right, a real client story is the most persuasive thing on your site. Done wrong, it's a complaint waiting to happen — so we do it right.

We get most of our clients from Instagram. Why do we need Google?

Because Instagram reaches people who already follow you. Google reaches the person who just decided to do something about their health and typed it into their phone. The studios that grow use both — Instagram for the relationship, Google for the stranger who is ready right now.

Our real problem is keeping members, not finding them. Does this help?

That's the part we care most about. Retention is a communication problem before it's a programming problem. Automated check-ins, milestone messages, and a reason to come back this week — sent without anyone on your staff remembering — keep clients from drifting off in the quiet months.

We're a solo trainer or coach. Is this too much for one person?

It's built for one person. A trainer who answers every inquiry within a minute, follows up on every consult, and asks every happy client for a review is rare — and the system does all three while you train.

What does it cost?

Packages typically start around $500/month. A solo coach, a studio, and a multi-provider med spa are very different builds, so the free audit is where we scope what actually fits.
