Who we serve

Law Firm Marketing That Gets the Call — and Turns It Into a Retained Client

People hire a lawyer on their worst day, and they don't shop for three. They search, they call one, and if nobody answers, they call the next name. We make sure your firm is found first, answers first, and follows up on every consultation that didn't sign.

Law Firm Marketing That Gets the Call — and Turns It Into a Retained Client
Sound familiar?

The problems we hear from law firms every week

Avvo, FindLaw, and the firms with billboards rank above your own website for "attorney near me" in your own county
Intake is the leak — the paralegal is on another line, the after-hours call hits voicemail, the web form sits until Monday, and each one is a case that went somewhere else
Consultations that don't retain just disappear — someone got real value from you, said they'd think about it, and nobody ever followed up
One call
before they move on.

A person in trouble doesn't leave a voicemail and wait. If the first firm doesn't answer, the second one gets the case. Intake is the whole game.

60-second calculator

What are missed calls costing you?

Every call that rolls to voicemail is a customer deciding whether to wait for you or call the next name. Put in your own numbers — nothing is saved, nothing is sent.

  • Use your real numbers. The starting values are placeholders, not averages.
  • Not sure how many you miss? Your phone's call log will tell you — or the free audit will.

An estimate from your own inputs, not a promise. It doesn't count the repeat work, referrals and reviews a lost customer takes with them.

The fix

What we build for law firms

  • Practice-area pages that answer what people actually type — "what happens at a first OWI hearing," "how long does a divorce take," "do I need a lawyer for a will" — written plainly enough to show you've handled their exact problem a hundred times
  • A complete Google listing and a review approach that respects confidentiality: no client relationship confirmed, no matter discussed in public, nobody put on the spot
  • After-hours intake that never sleeps — an AI receptionist that captures name, contact, general type of matter, and urgency, then texts your intake person; it gives no legal advice and collects no case details
  • Follow-up on every lead and every consultation — a text after the call, an email after the consult, a check-in a week later — every message approved by you before it ever goes out

If that is how you would rather be sold to, it is also how MCM Digital Products sells.

We already run this system for local businesses whose customers arrive stressed, in a hurry, and ready to call the first name that picks up. A law firm is that situation with higher stakes and stricter rules — so we build it more carefully, not louder.

The difference

Why law firms switch to MCM

Most marketing companies sell you tools and a monthly invoice. With MCM the work gets done for you, the software is included, and you see proof every week.

The typical agency MCM Digital Products
How you reach them A support ticket, a general inbox, or whoever has your file this month Michael directly — his personal cell, text, direct email, and a clients-only meeting link
What you hear from them Not much — until the invoice A report every week of everything that got done — work Michael checked himself
What they recommend Whatever is on this month's upsell list Only what you need. If you don't need it, he'll tell you
The software Extra subscriptions you pay for and have to learn All of it included — nothing to buy, set up or figure out
How tech savvy you need to be Enough to log in, pull reports and chase answers Not at all. That's my job
How many vendors A website guy, an SEO company, a social media person — each blaming the others One point of contact — every piece of work runs through Michael
When something breaks You find out from a customer Caught in the weekly check and fixed
If you ever leave The site and the data can stay behind You own what we build — site, profile, content, data
Proof, not promises

Questions owners ask

Law firm marketing questions, answered

What about state bar advertising rules?

We build to them. No outcome guarantees, no "specialist" claims unless you're certified, no comparisons we can't back, no solicitation of specific people. Everything is written so you can approve it against the Wisconsin rules — or your state's — and you have final say on every word before it's live.

Is an AI answering the phone a problem for privilege or confidentiality?

It's set up so it never needs to be. The receptionist collects contact information and the general nature of the matter — enough for a conflict check — and stops there. It says plainly that it's not a lawyer and can't give advice. Case details wait until a licensed attorney is on the line.

Our practice is referral-based. Do we still need this?

Referrals still get Googled before they call. A referred client who finds a thin website and two old reviews hesitates; one who finds a clear practice-area page and forty answered reviews calls the same day. We make sure the referral finishes the trip.

Do you understand the difference between practice areas?

Yes, and it changes the whole build. Criminal defense and personal injury are urgent — speed and phone answering matter most. Estate planning and business law are slow and considered — long-form pages and steady follow-up win. Family law sits between, with confidentiality front and center. We build for the areas you actually practice.

Should we pay for a directory listing or run ads?

Directories are fine as a citation and a poor place to spend real money. Ads for legal terms are among the most expensive there are, so we run them only for a practice area where the math works, on a budget you set. The foundation — site, listing, reviews, intake — comes first and keeps working after the ads stop.

What does it cost?

Packages typically start around $500/month. A solo practitioner with one practice area looks very different from a six-attorney firm, so the free audit is where we get specific about what you need and what you don't.
