Who we serve

Senior Living and Home Care Marketing That Fills Rooms — and the Caregiver Schedule

The person searching is almost never the person moving in. It is an adult daughter at 11 PM after a hard weekend, three tabs open, trying to figure out whether she can trust you with her mother. Everything on this page is about that moment — and about finding the caregivers you need to say yes.

Senior Living and Home Care Marketing That Fills Rooms — and the Caregiver Schedule
Sound familiar?

The problems we hear from senior living and home care providers every week

National referral sites that charge you a placement fee outrank you for your own community's name, so you pay to get leads you should have had for free
Tour requests come in over a weekend and sit until Monday — by then the family has already toured somewhere else
You could take more residents if you could staff them; the caregiver and CNA shortage is a bigger ceiling than the census
11 PM
is when families actually look.

Nobody researches senior living during business hours. They do it after a scare, after a fall, after a long day — and the community that answers, shows its rooms honestly, and calls back first is the one that gets the tour.

Which of these is costing you the most? Your free Snapshot Report shows it — on your real business, before we ever talk.

The fix

What we build for senior living and home care providers

  • A Google Business Profile and a site that show the actual building, the actual dining room, and the actual people — with every review answered, because a family reads your reply to a hard review more carefully than the review itself
  • A page for each level of care — independent living, assisted living, memory care, respite, and in-home — written for a worried family member in plain language, not brochure language, and honest about what you do and do not provide
  • An AI receptionist that answers the 11 PM call and the weekend call, requests the tour, and texts your director — collecting only contact and scheduling details, never health information or anything about a resident's condition
  • Two follow-up tracks that run themselves: one for families who toured and went quiet, and one for caregiver applicants — plus a careers presence built to make your community the one a CNA picks

We are a Manitowoc company, and we know what it means when the daughter touring your community lives three hours away.

We build the same engine — findability, an answered phone, honest proof, and follow-up nobody has to remember — for local businesses where trust decides everything. Michael has spent years in community leadership in Manitowoc County, including chairing the Salvation Army of Manitowoc County, so the tone here is not borrowed from a national playbook.

The difference

Why senior living and home care providers switch to MCM

Most marketing companies sell you tools and a monthly invoice. With MCM the work gets done for you, the software is included, and you see proof every week.

The typical agency MCM Digital Products
How you reach them A support ticket, a general inbox, or whoever has your file this month Michael directly — his personal cell, text, direct email, and a clients-only meeting link
What you hear from them Not much — until the invoice A report every week of everything that got done — work Michael checked himself
What they recommend Whatever is on this month's upsell list Only what you need. If you don't need it, he'll tell you
The software Extra subscriptions you pay for and have to learn All of it included — nothing to buy, set up or figure out
How tech savvy you need to be Enough to log in, pull reports and chase answers Not at all. That's my job
How many vendors A website guy, an SEO company, a social media person — each blaming the others One point of contact — every piece of work runs through Michael
When something breaks You find out from a customer Caught in the weekly check and fixed
If you ever leave The site and the data can stay behind You own what we build — site, profile, content, data
Proof, not promises

Questions owners ask

Senior living marketing questions, answered

How do you handle HIPAA?

Carefully, and in writing. The receptionist and the automated messages are set up to collect and send only names, contact details, and tour times — never a diagnosis, a condition, a medication, or anything about a resident's care. Anything clinical goes to your team on your systems. Your administrator reviews exactly what gets collected and stored before a single message goes out.

We already pay a national referral service. Should we stop?

Not on day one — that would be irresponsible while it is producing move-ins. The goal is to make your own presence strong enough that the referral fee becomes a choice instead of a dependency. We track which move-ins came from your own site and profile so you can see the shift with real numbers before you change anything.

Asking grieving or stressed families for reviews feels wrong. What then?

Then do not ask at that moment. The timing that works is after a good tour, after a resident settles in well, or when a family member says something kind to a staff member. We build the ask to be quiet, optional, and easy to ignore, and it always comes from your team's voice, not a marketing script.

Our real problem is hiring caregivers, not census. Can you help with that?

That is usually the first thing we build here. A careers page that shows the shifts, the ratios, the pay range, and the path from CNA up; job listings that show up when a caregiver searches locally; and an apply-from-your-phone form that takes two minutes. You are competing with every facility in the region for the same people — the ones who look like a decent place to work win.

Should we publish our pricing?

Our honest answer is a range, not silence. Families searching at 11 PM filter hard on cost, and a community that gives no signal at all gets skipped in favor of one that does. We usually publish a starting range with a clear explanation of what changes it, then let the conversation happen on the tour.

What does it cost?

Packages typically start around $500/month. A single community and a multi-site operator with an in-home division are very different builds, so the free audit is where we scope it — and you keep the report either way.
