Our Services
MCM provides digital marketing and related services to businesses, including website design, local SEO, AI-powered call answering and chat, review and follow-up automation, reporting portals, team apparel stores, and AI consulting. Specific engagements are governed by the written proposal, order, or agreement provided for that engagement; these Terms apply in addition to any such agreement.
SMS / Text Messaging Program Terms
MCM Digital Products offers text messaging to customers and prospective customers who opt in. Messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, service and account updates, replies to your inquiries, and — only if you separately opt in — occasional marketing messages. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MCM’s total liability arising out of or relating to the website or services will not exceed the amounts you paid to MCM for the services giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose, and MCM will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Manitowoc County, Wisconsin.

Severability
