Start here: how this room works

Welcome in. I'm Mike — I run MCM Digital Products out of Manitowoc, Wisconsin, and I built this Academy for people who run real businesses: HVAC, construction, landscaping, plumbing, flooring, moving. Owners and office staff, not marketers.

What this room is for

- Post what you actually tried and what happened. The messy version is more useful than the polished one.
- Ask about anything in a course. Stuck on step 3 of a lesson? Say so.
- Share a win, even a small one. A quote you won because you followed up faster counts.

How answers work

Every question on a lesson page gets a quick first answer from the Academy Helper — that's AI, and it says so. Then I come back and answer as a person. If the AI gets something wrong about your situation, say so and I'll sort it out.

Two rules

1. No pitching. If you sell to local businesses, you're welcome here as a learner, not as a vendor. Posts that are really ads get deleted.
2. Don't post anything you wouldn't want a customer to read. Real numbers are great, customer names are not.
