How we work

Our Process: How the Work Actually Gets Done

No mystery, no jargon, no handoffs to people you'll never meet. Here's exactly what happens from the first conversation to every week after — and who's doing it.

Step by step

From the first call to every week after

1

Your free audit

Before we ever talk, your Snapshot Report gets built: how you show up on Google, your reviews, your website, your listings, and how you compare to the competitors winning your customers. On the call we walk through it together, in plain English.

2

Your plan, in writing

What to fix first, what it costs, and what to expect — written down, no surprises. Only what you actually need. If something won't pay off for your business, I'll tell you, even when it costs me the sale.

3

Setup — done for you

A short onboarding form and secure links to connect your accounts. Then I build and connect everything: website, Google Business Profile, social media, SEO and AI search, ads, reviews, the AI receptionist and follow-up. All the software is included.

4

Every week: the work and the watching

Content goes out, profiles get updated, reviews get requested, ads get adjusted — and every tool gets checked, because none of them tell you when they break. If something slipped, it gets fixed before it costs you a job.

5

Every week: your report

A plain-English report of everything that got done that week, in your inbox. Like a check-in from your own marketing person — without the salary.

6

Anytime: me

Every client gets my personal cell, an email that comes straight to me, a clients-only link to book time with me, and permission to text. I have help, but everything runs through me — I check the work myself and get back to you personally.

A normal week

What gets done while you run your business

Every client's list is a little different. This is the shape of it — and all of it shows up in your weekly report.

  • Google Business Profile posts published and your listing checked for changes you didn't make
  • Social media posts written and scheduled
  • New content published to help you show up on Google and in AI answers
  • Website updated, backed up and checked
  • Review requests going out after every job, and replies handled
  • Ads adjusted based on what is actually bringing in calls (if you run ads)
  • Rankings, calls and leads tracked in your portal
Your weekly report Everything done for you — and anything caught

  • Google Business Profile This week's posts published
  • Social media Next week's posts scheduled
  • SEO & AI search New article live, rankings tracked

In your inbox every week. You always know what you're paying for.
How I work with you

A real relationship — not a support ticket.

Every client gets my personal cell number, an email that comes straight to me, a clients-only link to book time with me, and permission to text me. Here's what you can hold me to.

Honest — sometimes to a fault

If you don't need something, I'll tell you. I would rather lose the sale than sell you something that won't pay off for your business.

Real terms, not tech terms

You'll never need a glossary to understand your own marketing. If I can't explain it simply, I haven't earned your money.

Everything runs through me

I have help, but every piece of work runs through me. You contact me directly, I check the work myself, and I get back to you personally.

Your success is personal

This isn't an account on a list. I work hard for every client, because my name is on the company and my reputation lives in the same town as yours.

Questions

How working together works

How long does setup take?

It depends on what we're building, and your written plan gives you the timeline. Phone answering and follow-up start working on day one, Google profile improvements show up in weeks, and search rankings build over three to six months.

What do you need from me to get started?

A short onboarding form and access to your accounts, which you grant through secure links — no passwords over email. After kickoff, very little. That's the point.

Do I have to approve everything?

Only as much as you want to. Some owners like to see things first; most clients trust me to run their whole online presence and just read the weekly report.

How often will I hear from you?

You get a report every week of everything that got done. And you can reach me directly any time — call, text, email, or book time on the clients-only link.

Who actually does the work?

I have help, but every piece of work runs through me. I check it myself before it goes out, and I'm the one who gets back to you.

What happens if I want to stop?

Everything is scoped in writing, and you own what we build — your site, your profiles, your content and your data. We keep clients with results, not lock-ins.
