MCM360 Updates — September 28, 2026
Every week we roll improvements into the MCM360 Marketing Portal — the dashboard our clients use to see their reviews, leads, campaigns, and customer records in one place. Two updates landed this week that are worth a plain-English explanation, especially if you run more than one location.
One web chat for every location you run
If your business has more than one location — two shops, three offices, a second town — website chat used to force an awkward choice: either every location gets its own separate chat setup, or one general chat catches everything and somebody sorts out afterward which location the visitor actually meant.
That choice is gone. Your website can now run a single chat window that serves all of your locations. The visitor picks the location they are asking about, and the conversation flows to that location’s own AI receptionist — the one that knows that location’s hours, services, and booking calendar. The customer in your second town gets answers about your second town, not generic ones.
In plain English: one chat on your website, and every visitor still ends up talking to the right location. If you have been holding off on chat because you run multiple locations, the reason to wait just disappeared. Ask me about access.
Smoother everyday work in your customer hub
The second update is less flashy and you will feel it more often. The everyday screens where you work with customers — your contact lists, your forms, your campaign scheduling, and the bulk actions that touch many records at once — all got a usability pass. Lists load and filter more cleanly, forms are less fiddly to build and edit, and scheduling a campaign takes fewer clicks than it did.
None of it changes what your portal can do. All of it changes how fast the Tuesday-morning version of you gets through it — which, over a year of Tuesdays, is the kind of improvement that actually matters.
In plain English: the daily work inside your portal got quicker and less clicky. Nothing to set up — it is already live.
Questions about either of these?
If you are an MCM client and the multi-location chat caught your eye, reply to your weekly update or message us in your portal and we will get it set up for your locations. These portal improvements ride alongside the ongoing local SEO work we run every week to keep your business showing up when your neighbors go looking.
