How to get a good answer fast

Post your question here, or right on the lesson page where you got stuck — either works, and lesson questions show up on that lesson for the next person who hits the same wall.

You'll get a first answer from the Academy Helper within the hour, most of the day. It's AI and it says so on every reply. Then I follow up as a person.

What gets you a better answer

- Say what you tried, not just what you want. "I asked ChatGPT to write my Google post and it sounded like a robot" beats "how do I use ChatGPT."
- Name the lesson or course if it came from one.
- Tell me your trade and roughly how big you are. Advice for a two-truck HVAC shop is not advice for a 40-person GC.
- Paste the actual thing — the prompt you used, the email you sent, the words on your page. I can fix what I can see.

What not to post

Customer names, phone numbers, addresses, invoices, anything with somebody's private information in it. Strip that out first. Everything in here is readable by other members.

One question per post. Easier to answer, easier for the next person to find.
