MCM Digital Products isn't a startup finding its footing — I founded it in 2011, right here in Manitowoc. Most marketing agencies can disappoint you and never see you again. I can't, and I wouldn't want to. My clients see me at the grocery store, at Chiefs football games on Saturdays, and at City Council meetings on Monday nights — my neighbors have elected me three times. That kind of accountability changes how you do business.

I know these businesses because I come from them. I was born in Manitowoc and raised on a farm outside Reedsville, and I spent years working in my mom's restaurant there — learning that showing up early, doing honest work, and knowing your regulars by name is the whole business. I built this company for the owners I grew up around: farmers, HVAC techs, plumbers, builders, restaurant owners — people who do excellent work and get burned by marketing companies that overpromise, underdeliver, and hide behind reports nobody can verify. So here's how we operate instead: I will never sell you something you don't need. There's no corporate red tape and no account managers — it's you and me, working things out the old-fashioned way, with everything we build tracked live in your own portal.
